Call Tracker Dashboard

The Call Logs module includes dashboards for Staff Tracker, Call Tracker, and Geo Tracker. The Call Tracker Dashboard provides detailed call tracking information with date-wise filters, user details, punching logs, active time logs, total call counts, and durations. It also offers a detailed view of call logs categorized by phone numbers.

  •         4. User Details: Shows the full name and username of the user being tracked.
  •         5. User Punching Log Activity: Logs user punch-in and punch-out activities for attendance or work tracking.
  •         6. User Active Time Log: Tracks the active time of users during their work or call activities.
  •         7. Total Call Logs Count: Displays the total number of call logs recorded.
  •         8. Total Call Duration: Summarizes the total call duration across all call types (incoming, outgoing, missed).
  •         9. View Logs Option: Provides detailed call logs, including phone numbers and call-specific information.
